THIS PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Many more projects to come.
I will show pictures of some of my very special makes on this page, along with some info about each one. Please click on the pictures to see them full size.
I received a commission to make a purple Christmas card with fairies and loads of bling. This was the result! Below are pictures I took throughout the make. This card is all my own ideas and design, inside and out.

I started with white card and let my mind run riot with this design. All the beautiful colours inside this concertina layered shadow box book card are inked by hand. The three fairy scenes were created as I went along and stamped by hand.
I stamped and cut a little door, made some hinges, cut the door shape in the front cloud topped shadow layer and added the door so it would look like the fairies had got in to the card that way.
I cut a tunnel through the second slightly higher cloud topped layer and pushed a battery tea light inside to illuminate the natural glow created with the yellow, pink and purple distress inks.
Once the side scenes were made in the same manner as the three centre panels above. they were added to the centre panels with some concertina sides.
I then covered the outside of the card box with purple Mirri card. The edges had been embossed with some straight lines and glittered, a wooden Christmas sentiment and snowflakes were added to the gatefold front. A die cut Christmas tree was heat embossed with chunky embossing powder and coloured gems added to look like twinkly lights.
To finish this amazing creation I made a tassel with silver loopy elastic, thick pink thread and different sizes of jingle bells. This was fixed at the top of one side so it hung down and played some lovely Christmas jingles 🎄
It took quite a few days of crafting sessions to make. First time I had made anything like this and to say I was over the moon with my creation was an understatement. The lady who ordered it was amazed and the recipient quite excited about it too đź’ś
Let me know your thoughts about this Christmas creation at the bottom of the page, I’d love to know if you like it as much as we did 🥰
